Updated schedule of the election of SA

Due to the class suspension in these two days, the schedule of SA election will be changed as follows:

Campaign speeches:

19/9/18 (Wed, Day 5)

All students should go to the School Hall during the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th periods.
Polling:

20/9/18 (Thursday, Day 6)

Students may cast their votes in the School Hall during the 2nd recess and lunch time.

Counting of votes will be conducted in the area outside the school office at 3:45 pm
AGM & Inauguration:

21/9/18 (Friday, Day 1)

All students should go to the School Hall during the 7th and 8th periods.

 

Note:

  1. Inauguration of Prefects will be conducted right after the AGM of SA.
  2. Commendation and Inauguration of Sing Yin Pioneers will be postponed to 27/9/18 (Thursday) after school in the school hall.
