「弘師道、頌師恩」敬師活動 “Honoring the Teaching Spirit, Expressing Gratitude to Our Teachers” Campaign

九月十日是一年一度的敬師日，教師是立教之本，興教之源。為感謝本校老師每日默默耕耘，不辭勞苦地為莘莘學子教授課業，並教導學生懂得建立自律、正面的生活態度，本校學生會特地舉辦「致敬師恩感謝卡」活動，以響應教育局倡導一系列「弘師道、頌師恩」的敬師盛事。

為了表達對老師奉獻的謝意，同學們於午膳時間自發地來到學生會攤位領取謝師卡，寫下對老師最真摯的祝福、感謝；現場也設有電視展示早前收集的謝師卡內容，以連續片段的形式播出，營造關愛校園氣氛；此外，為了讓老師們能收到學生的美好祝願，本會也與本校的聖言電台合作，同時由同學朗讀學生們親手為老師寫下的謝詞，讓這一份心意能夠準確地傳遞到老師心中。最後，活動在一片掌聲中結束，大家的投入讓學校成為一個不只是教書育人的學堂，更是一個讓我們一起學會感恩言謝、傳揚愛德的大家庭。

尊師重道一直以來是華夏文明的傳統美德，也是我們身為學生理所應當要傳承的，讓我們藉此機會感謝所有老師對我們的無私付出。

September 10th marks Teachers’ Day, a special occasion to honour the educators who lay the foundation of our learning and help shape our character. It is a time to express our deepest gratitude to the teachers who guide us with wisdom, nurture our self-discipline and self-awareness, and inspire us to live with purpose and positivity.

To celebrate this meaningful day, the Students’ Association organized a lunchtime event at a special booth, where students were invited to write Thank You Cards to their teachers. The booth quickly became a vibrant and heartwarming space, filled with students eager to express their appreciation through handwritten messages.

To further highlight these touching moments, a slideshow was displayed at the booth, showcasing the Thank You Cards that had been written in advance. These messages, filled with sincerity and admiration, served as a visual tribute to the dedication and care of our teachers.

In addition, we partnered with Sing Yin Radio to ensure these messages reached the hearts of our teachers. Selected students read their messages aloud on air, sending their blessings and heartfelt thanks across the school. This initiative not only brought joy to our educators but also strengthened the sense of unity and gratitude within our school community.

Our school is more than just a place of learning—it is a family where love, respect, and appreciation are shared. Respecting teachers and valuing the opportunity to learn are core values deeply rooted in Chinese tradition, and it is our responsibility as students to carry this legacy forward.

Let us take every opportunity to thank our teachers for their unwavering dedication and passion for education. Their influence extends far beyond the classroom, shaping who we are and who we aspire to become.
