2025-2026 年度聖言先鋒嘉許暨就職典禮 Sing Yin Pioneers Commendation and Inauguration Ceremony

2025-2026年度聖言先鋒嘉許暨就職典禮已於9月26日假本校禮堂舉行。典禮以一齣四分鐘的年度回顧短片揭開序幕，展示了過去一年先鋒團隊的點滴與成果。緊接著是輔導組老師曾令詩老師致辭。曾老師為台下的中一同學講解聖言先鋒在校內的定位，幫助中一新生適應校園生活，給予支援和陪伴。

隨後，許志權校長致辭。許校長回顧聖言先鋒團隊的悠久傳統，讚揚其以同理心與熱誠服務學校及社區。他進一步指出，聖言先鋒是校園內的導航者，也是中一同學的良友，總以滿腔關懷與熱情陪伴中一同學。許校長勉勵新一屆先鋒繼續傳承這份精神，為「聖言仔」樹立了優秀榜樣。

接著是嘉許環節。上屆先鋒逐一到台上領取嘉許狀，前主席李焯熹同學藉此機會分享任內的難忘經歷，特別提到團隊在各項活動中的團結與付出，並衷心感謝輔導組老師、幹事、及一眾先鋒的無私奉獻與支持。李同學亦表示，只要心繫學校與社區，每一位「聖言仔」都能成為聖言先鋒，希望每一位先鋒都能與師弟互勵互勉，共同成長。

最後是就職儀式。校長、副校長及輔導組老師們一同到台上見證應屆先鋒的宣誓，並由應屆先鋒主席李穎熙同學代表領授襟章。李同學在致辭時分享對先鋒團隊來年的展望，期盼各位先鋒及中一同學能在活動中找到快樂與歸屬感，共同創造美好回憶。並以一段寄語作結，鼓勵大家在生活中發揮「先鋒」精神，關心身邊人，攜手面對挑戰，成為彼此的堅實後盾。

The 2025-2026 Sing Yin Pioneers Commendation and Inauguration Ceremony was held on September 26 in our school hall. The ceremony began with a four-minute annual review video, showcasing the highlights and achievements of Sing Yin Pioneers over the past year. This was followed by a speech from Ms. Tsang Ling Sze from the Guidance Department. Ms. Tsang explained the role of the Pioneer team within the school to the new Form One students, helping them adapt to campus life by providing support and companionship.

Next, Principal Hui Chi Kuen delivered a speech, highlighting the long history of the Pioneer team and praising their dedication and empathy in serving the school and community. He further noted that the Pioneers serve as navigators within the campus and close friends to Form 1 students, always offering heartfelt care and enthusiasm. Principal Hui encouraged the new pioneers to uphold this spirit, establishing a positive image for Sing Yin boys.

Then came the recognition segment. Last year's pioneers took the stage one by one to receive their certificates of recognition. Former chairman Lee Cheuk Hei seized this opportunity to share memorable moments from his tenure, particularly highlighting the team’s unity and dedication in various activities, and expressing heartfelt gratitude to the Guidance Department teachers, committee members, and all the pioneers for their selfless dedication and support. He also stated that as long as one cares about school and community affairs, every Sing Yin boy can become a Pioneer, encouraging all pioneers to motivate and support one another while growing together.

Finally, the inauguration ceremony took place. The principal, vice-principals, and Guidance Department teachers joined on stage to witness the incoming pioneers take their oath, with the new Pioneer chairman, Lee Norris, receiving the badge on behalf of his peers. In his speech, Norris expressed his vision for the Pioneer team in the coming year, hoping that all pioneers and Form One students could find joy and a sense of belonging in the activities. He concluded with a message, encouraging everyone to embody the spirit of a ""Pioneer"" in daily life, caring for those around them, facing challenges hand in hand, and becoming each other’s strong support, finding companionship to overcome every challenge together.
